Looks very kindly.. reminds me of an old training officer of mine.. when we

visited other pits as trainees he was such a gentleman..he would always

say "when we go into the canteen, take your hats (helmets) off lads, because

ladies work in there".. He was called 'Sandy' so that's my name for him..
