ORGREAVE
Eight thousand arrests, this point in time,
The fight for jobs, their only crime,
How many more before they're done?
How many more before we've won?
Bravely on we fight the fight,
Undaunted by the Police States might,
The judiciaries play their unbiased role,
To help put miners on the dole.
Our friends and workers come to our aid,
With gifts and actions from promises made,
Our biggest ally is yet to come,
The setting of the summer sun.
When lights go out and you'll hear them say,
Keep open their pit, its theirs anyway.
